My Favourite Things

during my closet rediscovery adventure i came across a few items that make me feel good - my favorite things. a lot of the items are gifts from friends which makes them all the more special.

Necklace - Kenya (gift) - this was an unexpected and wonderful gift from a friend’s visit to Africa in 2009

Necklace - Iran (gift) - another unexpected gift from a friend who went home to iran and returned with this gift of a beatiful necklace. it’s my favorite color.

 Turquoise Earrings (gift) - i luv these earrings - my favorite color.; farewell gift from my some awesome colleagues at my old job (2007)

 Glass Braclet (gift) - love the design and colors; part of the farewell gift from my former colleagues. yes, i’m one lucky woman!

  Strings of pearls - because they’re fun

Necklace - African - love the mix of metal and stone and my first statement necklace

Chanel Sunglasses - love the two-toned frames; most i’ve ever spent on sunglasses and plan to have them for years
